Tóm tắt

 Nghiên cứu mô tả kiến thức và thái độ của sinh viên điều dưỡng về dự phòng té ngã ở người bệnh nội trú và xác định các yếu tố liên quan đến các kết quả này tại Trường Đại học Tân Trào. Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được thực hiện từ tháng 9 đến tháng 12 năm 2025 trên 98 sinh viên điều dưỡng năm 3 và năm 4. Số liệu được thu thập bằng bộ câu hỏi tự điền, được điều chỉnh từ các công cụ sẵn có nhằm đánh giá kiến thức dự phòng té ngã (11 mục; thang điểm 0–11) và thái độ (13 mục; thang điểm 13–65). Kết quả, điểm kiến thức trung bình là 5,23 ± 2,12, cho thấy mức độ kiến thức về dự phòng té ngã còn thấp. Điểm thái độ trung bình là 48,90 ± 3,44, phản ánh thái độ nhìn chung tích cực đối với dự phòng té ngã. Những sinh viên đã từng chứng kiến người bệnh té ngã có điểm kiến thức và thái độ cao hơn có ý nghĩa thống kê (p < 0,05). Sinh viên điều dưỡng Trường Đại học Tân Trào có kiến thức còn hạn chế nhưng thái độ tích cực đối với dự phòng té ngã ở người bệnh nội trú. Việc có trải nghiệm chứng kiến té ngã liên quan đến kiến thức và thái độ tốt hơn, cho thấy cần tăng cường nội dung dự phòng té ngã và học tập dựa trên trải nghiệm trong đào tạo điều dưỡng.
